Anandtech: NVIDIA CES 2014 Press Conference Live Blog. According to slides,

G-Sync monitors are Q2 2014

Tegra K1 is 192 cores and 365 flops (guessing that is at 950 MHz). The Denver version looks to be 1.5x an Xbox360 on both GPU flops and CPU estimate (when the K1 is fully clocked). Would be interesting to know what the K1 can sustain in clocks when loaded in a tablet form factor. The A15 K1 is quad core, the Denver K1 is dual core, suggests Denver is somewhere under 2x the area an A15.

EDIT: Update based on Anandtech Article. The K1 looks like half a GeForce GT 630 rev2 in everything but memory bus (both K1 and GT360 have 64-bit bus). Tegra K1 is 192 cores, 8 tex, 4 rop, so estimated specs at 950 MHz: 365 Gflops, 7.6 Gtex, 3.8 Grop. Or more flops than Xbox360, but a little less TEX and ROP (personally I'd rather have the flops and the modern GPU features).
